Coaching is neither counselling nor therapy. Flavia works with clients to help them realise their already existing (innate) mental health and resilience. This enables them to optimise their potential, build better relationships and experience higher levels of inspiration, well-being and fulfilment.
Flavia offers individual and group coaching programmes that run from 6 weeks to 12 months. These typically start with a face-to-face session, followed by weekly or fortnightly sessions (in-person or via Zoom), with ongoing support in-between sessions. Single sessions are also available.
