Family Adventure to the Carpathian Wilderness: Retune to the Wild and Experience Infinite Possibilities. 2019 Dates: May 25-June 1; July 20-27

Explore what is hailed as the last European wilderness for a week of adventure and learning. Stay on an organic, biodiversity farm www.cobor-farm.ro close to the Făgăraș mountains which lie at the southern end of the 1,000-mile long Carpathian range. The highest peaks of the country are located here, surrounded by some of Europe’s ecologically most valuable, unfragmented woodlands. The Carpathians are a refuge for Europe’s three big predators — the grey wolf, brown bear, and Eurasian lynx — as well as the continent’s most extensive old growth forests.
