A day for students and teenagers (18 plus) at last! The day will include:

Student life can be both exhilarating and challenging. We want to help you with managing independent living, late nights, course work and a tight budget. This will be a fun interactive day for students (and university leavers) with top tips for a healthier way of living in Student Halls and self-catering accommodation. We will start the day with tea/coffee and introductions followed by an easy yoga and meditation session.

Our guest speaker, Flavia Dalzell Payne, will show us how to improve our mental outlook in life. Flavia is a certified facilitator of a youth empowerment programme, “Infinite Possibilities”, and educates youth about the mind and their innate health and resilience to enable them to thrive — whatever life brings. Learn how to use the resources within you to be at your best more often with less worry, fear and stress.

We will discuss nutrition for a healthy GUT and have a juicing session which will include recipes to take home. Please wear relaxed loose clothing, and bring a note pad and pen, plus an open mind.
