Insight (& Infinite Possibilities) Programme Overview

Infinite Possibilities is designed to help clients realise their innate well-being and potential. Through understanding how we function psychologically, clients gain a deeper understanding of how human experience is created enabling them to navigate life and manage change and adversity with creativity, resilience and well-being.

Corporate: Executive & Team Coaching; Leadership Mentoring

The Leadership & Well-Being sessions are designed to improve personal productivity and effectiveness. The programme includes an intake phase, the core educational programme phase and a follow-up phase. The core programme sessions (listed below) can be delivered in a variety of formats to suit clients’ needs (1:1 coaching or whole teams). They are usually delivered over the course of six weeks (one educational video, plus a live coaching session to explore its learnings, per week - approx. 1.5/2 hours per week); or as a two-day workshop.

Session 2: Innovation & Resilience
