I have very much enjoyed facilitating selected sessions from the Infinite Possibilities: I Believe in ME! Programme for 48 children from Year 8 during their Critical Thinking Sessions this term.

This week was the ‘Beliefs’ session, learning about perception and perspective and how our beliefs (about the world, other people, ourselves, our potential, etc.) can be limiting or empowering and how to replace limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs.

Here they are enjoying our sunglasses activity to teach them how our beliefs ‘colour’ our lives — and that when we can consider someone else’s perspective it can help us understand the bigger picture in a negative or a tricky situation, all whilst instilling empathy — a definite leadership skill.
